English teacher — Gymnasium No. 3

Gymnasium No. 3 was my first school teaching position and an important foundation for my career. I planned and delivered English lessons, gaining practical experience in explaining new material, organising classroom activities and supporting children with different learning needs.

Working in a school taught me how to balance lesson structure with flexibility: to notice when students needed more guidance, adjust an activity and create opportunities for everyone to participate. It helped me develop the clear, supportive and engaging approach that continues to guide my teaching.
